What is BCR online banking?
Internet Banking is a facility that offers BCR customers a means to
consult their bank accounts through the internet. It’s virtually 24
hours a day and 7 days a week

How do I apply for BCR online banking?
Application are available at any BCR branch.
Head office: Once the completed form is filled, we will provide you
with a User Name and Password within 24 hours.
Branches: Once this information is received, we will provide you with
a User Name and Password within 48 hours.
Online: Diaspora clients can apply on-line. Once we send you your
password, you MUST sign in within 72 hours of receipt of your
temporary password which you MUST change.

What are the charges for using this service?
There are no additional costs for our online banking services other
than our standard tariffs.

I am signing in for the first time. What should I do?
Once you receive your logon User ID and Password, you will be
required to change the password. Once this is confirmed, you now
have access to your account.

What happens if I forget my login details?
You can either pass by the Head office or follow instruction on the
“forgot password” link on the log-in page.

How can I be assured of security on the internet?
We provide you with several security features to ensure that the
online sessions are secure:

1. Login and Password features:
You will be assigned a password upon registration which you MUST change.

2. SSL (Secure Socket Layer):
This is a protocol that provides a high level of security for
communication over the internet.
