Basic Application Requirements for Home Loans
- Application letter
- Completed and signed application form + passport photo
- Copy of ID or passport
- Copy of employment contract/Appointment letter.
- Salary and Service certificates
- Valuation made by Certified Real Property Valuers.
- Original documents of the house: deed plan(fiche cadastrale), lease contract for 20 years (contrat de location) and construction permit (autorisation de batir)
- Provisional sales agreement
