Is your business/company registered in Rwanda? Are you in need of financing to supply an order that has gone through a tender process? Do you have a track record of supplying in the line of business where you need financing? ‘Tradeline' makes it easy for you to get a trade facility. 
With this facility you have access to;

1. A short term (3months) financing to supply with flexibility.
2. Processing and disbursement of the loan is fast and there is no security required!
3. If you choose to repay the facility before maturity, you can do this with no penalty;
4. You will have access to BCR’s dedicated and professional service

Benefits

• Loans will be used to pre-finance orders from reputable companies.
• The facility is for a Maximum of 3 months.
• Amount financed is between RWF 1M and Maximum RWF 20M; the maximum exposure for any single customer being RWF 20M.
• The bank covers a maximum of 70% of the order excluding advance payments.
• Interest rate of the loan is 5% of the total amount - paid upfront.
• Goods will be covered by a clear insurance that is negotiated by the bank. The insurance cover includes insurance of stock against fire, loss/damage, or theft and life cover for the customer.
• You will deal exclusively with BCR to finance the order
• In case of late repayment, the customer could negotiate with the bank to extend the facility. In this case, at an interest rate of 2% .

Requirements

• You are a registered trader with a trading license.
• Items to be supplied have gone through a tender process or a company’s established procurement process.
• You have a track record of banking for at least 6 months.
• You have an identifiable physical address.
• The company you are supplying to is reputable and well known.
• For importers, the product will be offered as a guarantee for an L/C.
